The Runtic family owns the major part of the building, the «old» house in an attractive location, overlooking the old city  nucleus of Trogir, and the bilding itself belongs to the XIX century, also located in the old part of the island of Ciovo –opposite the city  nucleus.

The Vila Sikaa hotel is situated on the island Ciovo, in its central part. The old city nucleus of Trogir is connected with the island Ciovo via the 150 m long bridge, i.e. the distance from the hotel to the city nucleus.
